Cocoa beans are first cleaned and then roasted to bring out the characteristic chocolate aroma and desired colour.

They are then grinded, giving us a rich smooth paste and cocoa butter pressed from pure cocoa beans. It is then blended with the rest of the ingredients.

Conching
The mix then goes through a 72-hour conching process, which allows the separate ingredients to combine, bringing out perfect flavours.

Blending
Aromatic saffron, crunchy almonds, and luscious pistachios are added to the blend to be tempered

Ready To Go!
The blend is then tempered and moulded in the shape of snackable bites.
