Cocoa beans are first cleaned and then roasted to bring out the characteristic chocolate aroma and desired colour.

They are then grinded, giving us a rich smooth paste and cocoa liquor. Liquor is then blended with the rest of the ingredients.

-The mix then goes through a 72-hour conching process, which allows the separate ingredients to combine, bringing out perfect flavours

The blend is then tempered and moulded in the shape of bars.
