  • 2 cups raw mango crush,
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Ice lolly molds

Raw Mango Mocktail Recipe:

Ingrediants:

1 1 ripe raw mango (peeled & chopped).
2 1-2 tbsp honey or sugar.
3 1 tbsp lime juice.
4 v1/2 cup cold water or coconut water.
5 1/2 cup soda or sparkling water.
6 A pinch of black salt (optional).
7 Ice cubes.
8 Fresh mint leaves (garnish).
9 Lime slices (garnish).

Instructions:

1  Blend chopped raw mango with cold water or coconut water to make a puree.
2 Sweeten with honey or sugar and add a pinch of black salt (optional).
3 Mix the puree with lime juice in a glass.
4 Add ice cubes to chill.
5 Top with sparkling water and stir gently.
6 Garnish with mint leaves and lime slices.
7 Serve and enjoy!

Raw Mango Slush Recipe:

Ingrediants:

1 2 raw mangoes (peeled and chopped).
2 1/2 cup water or soda water.
3 2-3 tablespoons sugar (or to taste).
4 1/4 teaspoon black salt.
5 1/4 teaspoon red chili powder (optional).
6 Ice cubes.

Instructions:

1 Blend the raw mangoes with water (or soda water) and sugar until smooth.
2 Add black salt and red chili powder (if using), and blend again.
3 Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour the mango mixture over it.
4 Stir gently and serve chilled.
5 Enjoy your refreshing Raw Mango Slush!

Raw Mango Ice-Lolly Recipe: 

Ingrediants:

1 2 raw mangoes (peeled and chopped).
2 1/4 cup sugar (or to taste).
3 1/2 teaspoon black salt.
4 1/4 teaspoon red chili powder.
5 1/2 cup water.
6 Ice pop molds.

Instructions:

1 Blend the raw mangoes with water to form a smooth puree.
2 Add sugar, black salt, and red chili powder, and blend again until mixed well.
3 Pour the mixture into ice pop molds.
4 Freeze for 4-6 hours or until solid.
5 To release, run warm water over the outside of the molds.
6 Serve and enjoy your refreshing Raw Mango Ice Lolly!
