Promotes heart health: The fiber in orange foods can help lower cholesterol levels and reduce the risk of heart disease.
May help with weight management: Fiber can also help you feel full longer, which can aid in weight management.
Good for eye health: Some orange foods, such as carrots, are high in beta-carotene, which is converted into vitamin A in the body. Vitamin A is important for healthy vision.

. Orange Marmalade Cookies (Makes about 2 dozen)
These cookies are a delightful treat with a burst of orange flavor. The marmalade adds sweetness and a touch of tartness that balances the buttery dough.

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon (if using).
In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Stir in the orange marmalade until just incorporated. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until a soft dough forms. Be careful not to overmix.
Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, leaving space for spreading.
Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until cookies are lightly golden brown around the edges.
Let cookies cool on baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Dust with powdered sugar for an extra touch (optional).
Tips:

For chewier cookies, bake for a shorter time. For crispier cookies, bake for a minute or two longer.
You can use any type of orange marmalade you like, but a bitter orange marmalade will add a more complex flavor.
If the dough is too sticky, you can chill it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before scooping.
