  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 cup frozen fruit, such as mango, pineapple, or strawberries
  • Honey or agave nectar to taste (optional)

Orange mocktails Recipe:

Ingrediants:

1 1 cup fresh orange juice.
2 1 tablespoon lemon juice.
3 1 teaspoon honey or sugar (optional).
4 1/2 cup club soda or sparkling water.
5 Ice cubes.
6 Orange slices (for garnish).
7 Mint leaves (for garnish).

Instructions:

1 In a shaker, combine orange juice, lemon juice, and honey/sugar (if using).
2 Shake well until mixed.
3 Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour the juice mixture over it.
4 Top with club soda or sparkling water.
5 Garnish with orange slices and mint leaves.

Orange Mithai Recipe:

Ingrediants:

1 2 cups orange juice (freshly squeezed).
2 1 cup sugar.
3 1/2 cup water.
4 1/2 cup milk powder.
5 2 tablespoons ghee (clarified butter).
6 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder.
7 Chopped pistachios or almonds (for garnish).

Instructions:

1 Combine orange juice, sugar, and water in a pan; heat until sugar dissolves.
2 Add milk powder, stir until thickened, and cook on low heat for 10-12 minutes.
3 Add ghee and cardamom, stirring until it starts to leave the pan sides.

2 Blend until smooth and slushy.
3 Add water or soda water if you prefer a thinner consistency.
