  • 1 cup chilled yogurt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom

Mango Milkshakes Recipe:

Ingredients:

1 1 ripe mango (peeled and chopped).
2 1 cup milk (chilled).
3 2-3 scoops vanilla ice cream or mango ice cream.
4 1-2 tablespoons sugar or honey (optional).
5 Ice cubes (optional).
6 A pinch of cardamom powder (optional for flavor).
7 Whipped cream (optional, for topping).

Instructions:

1 Blend mango, milk, ice cream, (if using) until smooth.

6 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional).

Instructions:

1 Blend the mangoes until smooth.
2 Mix the heavy cream, condensed milk, milk, and sugar (if using).

4 Pour the mixture into a container and freeze for 6-8 hours or until firm.
