Corn Nachos Cheese Recipes
We serve what we would like to eat ourselves.

Our Corn Nachos are made from Whole Corn and Wheat. We Soak and grind Whole Corn to make our corn masa every day.

We refuse to use palm oil, we use corn oil only, We also roast our nachos before we fry them: less oil and more crunch.

Artificial colours and flavours are an obvious no.

We even refrain from adding preservatives to increase life of our nachos.

Whole grains sourced from the farmers. Oil from an oil mill.

  • Classic Cheese Nachos
  • 1 bag of Mapro Snackery Nachos, cheese flavo
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (or a mix of your favorite cheeses)
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños (fresh or pickled)
  • 1/2 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1/4 cup sliced olives
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • Sour cream, for serving
  • Guacamole, for serving
  • Salsa, for serving

1. Classic Cheese Nachos

Ingredients:

  • 1 bag of Mapro Snackery Nachos, cheese flavor
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (or a mix of your favorite cheeses)
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños (fresh or pickled)
  • 1/2 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
